he falls into the familiar habit of sweeping the dormitory floors easily enough, even after a month of not having done so regularly—

he'll come across Els soon enough if the teen's anywhere in the dorms, because at the very least he's as efficient as ever even if he is somewhat more subdued and distracted than usual.

Well, Raven's probably be lucky enough for once since he's not wasting his time to find Els because the Elboy is waiting obediently by the front door of his dorm, crossing his arms behind his head relaxedly.

He grins and waves his hand when Raven's around, of course. ]

[ Raven automatically answers the greeting with a nod and something that might've been a smile if it'd been anyone else, if he'd been better at approximating that sort of openness. It's clear, though, that his thoughts are elsewhere.

("Come, you degenerates!")

The Blade Master seems a bit more disheveled than usual, like he'd rushed through getting ready and dressed in a hurry that morning and left his room just as quickly.

("I'm still not done yet, you monster!"

Overall, somewhat less put-together than is the norm.

There's a measure of inhibition, a cautiousness now in his manner that had mostly faded over the course of traveling together, at least for close company. Still, with a deft movement he unhooks the sheath containing Chung's creation from one of his belts and tosses it onto the ground near Elsword, before looking off to the side and finding his voice. ]

If you want to try it out, I suggest finding a better place for it. The explosions can be rather potent.

[ Or Els could try to blow the both of them up the way Eve nearly had when she'd gotten to look at it, that works too. ]

[ In Els' end, there's... literally nothing troubling on his face. Or there're some, but he's not really showing it. Not that there's actually any of it, really. The Rune Slayer was, is, and will always be a Kool-Aid man.

Except when there's suddenly cool sword omgggggg!!! He swiftly grabs it and eyeing it rather excitedly. ]

Don't pull the trigger. [ That comes out pretty automatically since he knows the Rune Slayer's capacity for attention is quickly dropping off; if you actually do so he swears... ] Or at least wait until I'm not in the hallway with you.

[ that may or may not have been an attempt at dry humor. unfortunately his sense of humor kind of sucks at the best of times, and this isn't exactly 'the best of times,' so. ]

[ Wow, dude really crafted the coolest sword EBUR!!! If it's even possible, the glitter in his eyes sparkles even more.

Although his attention returns to normal when Raven mentioned the trigger. ]

I never got the chance to figure out how best to incorporate it into my own swordplay, but maybe you'll put it to better use than I have so far. [ June would've been an excellent time to do so, but... hah.

really, honestly, it seems wasteful to have kept it like this and not really used it for so long, considering how hard the prince had worked on it... it might have better synergy with Elsword, anyway, considering he already fights from both close and mid-range. ]
