[ The feed turns on, and stationed there is a young girl fiddling with her glasses. she's silent for a quick moment before looking up, blank as ever. ]

So, new floors huh? After everything that happened to us. [ She's disgusted, but she tries her best not to say anything that might offend someone. ] So... Everyone's OK now, right?

Ah, I'm Ayaka, by the way. I've been here for a good few weeks now, probably even more.... Um, if you see a male that goes by the name of "Saber", could you tell him I'm looking for him? It's really important that I find him.

Other than that, I look forward to, um, interacting with you all...

Then I take it you are one of those Masters for the war, correct?

One of the wars, apparently. There are some masters here who aren't even a part of my time stream.

So it isn't just in world...I see.

A bit, yes. I grew curious when the names were brought to my attention.

I see. [ a slight pause. ] I don't think I got your name.

If this is about the knowledge I gained, I received it nearly a year ago, when I had heard of those called Servants and the power they wield.

As for the tower, a few months.

Ah... Wait, you knew about the servants and the war before coming here....? How?

Some of us, very few at least, came from a facility. There, those Servants resided for a time. However, all of us were merely clones, created using the DNA of our real selves, even if we were dead or alive.

[Oh, a beauty with some bounty that he'll have to hunt? Certainly, Haken is all over this.]

Well, I can certainly find him for you, being a bounty hunter and all.

Guess something big happened before I got here. What happened, bespectacled beauty? If you don't mind me asking, that is. I'm something of a newcomer here.
[He does this to everyone.]

Clones...? [ But how could anyone make clones out of something-- ] B-But technically they're not... You know. [ Alive. Oh, she cringes a bit saying that. Even if they are familiars, Ayaka cares about both her servants. ]

What was the facility like?

Ah... Thank you. [ Not sure if being a bounty hunter is a good thing - as long as he doesn't try to kill Saber. ]

As for what happened here, there was... Well, everyone was stuck in a costume for a holiday, and you had to find candy or else the costume would crush you and you would... [ Die. ] A-Anyway, you came back after being crushed but... I guess it... Altered people? My friend was crushed and he came back... Different. It was my fault why he got crushed.... He was stupid and tried to collect candy for me.

It's all over now, thank goodness, but it was still a bit frightening for a newcomer.

[He tips his hat to Misaya] Don't mention it. Anything for a pretty face.

[Well, Haken's in thought for a few moments. Being forced into costumes and collecting candy? Doesn't sound too bad. Except for that last part.]

Something tells me I missed out on ladies in skin-tight costumes that got even tighter. Damn. I'm sad I missed out on that.

[ Cheeks flare up slightly. ] Pretty? You're mistaken....

It wasn't very fun. I had trouble breathing at some point. As for the changes... Well, there were some changes to their bodies. [ Shudders about what Lancer looked like when he was crushed. She could never forgive herself. ] There might have been some other changes as well, but I don't remember....

It was bad.

[His eye twitches at that, but no anger is shown. The news he dropped would have confused anyone.]

More alive and human than most people I have seen.

As for the facility...the tower here and it's experiments are usually conducted at a monthly basis at best, and not everyone is affected. The facility on the other hand takes experiments on a weekly basis, and then forces us into other realms through a simulation of sorts where one can feel everything.

From what I hear, it has been around for three years, possibly even longer.

[Before they killed them all. However, other threats were still around, especially with the memory loss Lucy suffered before he arrived here. Hard to believe nearly a year will pass.]

... Yeah. Most masters see them as tools of war but they're more than that. They feel things, they were once human. [ Or at least mortal and living. ] Even familiars can feel things.

[ She listens, and her entire face has a look of pure disgust on her face that she has to turn away slightly. Ayaka turns back to him, trying to remain calm. ] That's.... That's horrible! H-How could anyone be this cruel? [ She thought the tower was bad, but this is worse. ]

I'm sorry... For what you went through...

[His assumptions appeared to be wrong then. At that, he sighs. Memories of such a place were not welcome.]

As it stands, I do not know if this tower and the facility are connected, but some of us were separated from the facility. Rarely, some appear here in the tower. Thus far, beings known as Servants have not arrived from there to here.

Nah, I don't think I am....

[Haken nods.]

Figures, they have to ruin the joy of skin-tight costumes by making them too tight.

I doubt it's connected... It might just be a coincidence that you ended up here... [ way to be positive, Ayaka. ]

What servants were in the facility, if I may ask?

No, I'm pretty sure you are. Pretty girls arent't... [ plain, boring, average, etc. ] A-Anyway.

I heard they do these monthly, so I guess prepare yourself.

Doubtful. [He ain't the positive type here either.[

There were the following I knew of: two Lancers, one in black and one in blue, an Archer in red, a Caster who had fox ears, and a Rider who wore black and had long hair. As to what they can do, I cannot say.

Pretty girls aren't what?

Reckon it won't be too hard. They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and when you look at it, people don't die when they're killed here.
