[For the most part, Lancer had been avoiding the comms. He knew where to find his friends and Master in person. The language barrier wasn't that much of a problem because both he and Ayaka spoke Japanese, and most of the other Servants should be speaking it too unless they had been caught up in the language switching.]

[However, right now, there was something he really wanted to ask the tower at large. That is, something besides whether or not he could still communicate with his fellow Servants. That morning, he had found a stack of papers in his room. Papers that told him he was now a janitor. He's not quite sure what it means.]

[So now he's standing at a console, papers in hand. He also has a pen which he snatched from one of his roommates, just in case he ran into someone who didn't speak the same languages that he did. He speaks in English first, as slowly and clearly as he can.]

Hey, my name is Lancer. How many of you can still understand me? How many of my kind can still understand me? If you understand what I am saying, contact me back, maybe with video. I have a question I want to ask.

[He repeats the words in Japanese, and then Gaelic on the off-chance that someone can speak that.]

[Tohko nods. While she doesn't know much about what happened to the bodies physically, she imagines that the mental anguish they suffered was probably much worse than what the candy event dished out.]

...I see. I suppose Jason is worse than Ruana then. Although..in the end, they're both pretty horrible people.

[Tohko nods. She hadn't spoken to Dax, but she had seen his network post. He seemed a lot nicer than she would imagine Jason or Ruana would be.]

They all are pretty terrible, except Dax. I wonder why he continues to work with them if he's the only good egg in the basket?

That's true, I suppose..maybe a few of the better captives in the Tower can take over the medical department though and put Jason, at the very least, out of commission.

[Tohko would suggest taking out Ruana too, but she has no idea who would be able to replace the woman and still be able to make everything run properly.]

Thanks..however, I'm not quite sure how one would put that plan into effect. We'd first have to find out where Jason resides and how to get there undetected.

[She then nods.]

Sure! After all, Christmas is coming around the corner, so the timing seems right. Maybe a bottle of wine or a good book?

Well, you can find some good books in the library..but I could jot down a small story, if that wouldn't work. You might be able to find some wine in the cafeteria..but if that's not available, we'll think of something else.

And I wasn't planning on giving back anything I got from the suggestion box! However, we could probably put the stuff in there with a note that says it's for Dax, or tie it to the box. Something like that.

[Tohko thinks for a moment. He was a servant, and he had just mentioned that Lancer was a class. So, there had to be different types of Servants to go with the Masters. Interesting.]

..Not that I'm aware of. I'm sorry. It was just a small joke on my part, since you keep calling me 'little lady Amano.'. However..if Lancer is just the class of Servant you are, then what is your actual name?

[Tohko thought for a moment as to why she shouldn't. Maybe different Servants had different skills that were part of their names? Like some weird version of A Wizard of Earthsea? Knowing these names might give someone an advantage in the Holy Grail War. She eventually nodded.]
