What the hell is THIS?!

[Gilbert shoves a nutrition bar at the camera.]

I didn't mention it right away because I thought this would just be a substitute till more food came in, but three days of whatever the hell this is? This is ridiculous! This isn't even enough to fill me up! I bet that I could eat 20 of these and still be hungry! And if this keeps up, which it probably will, I might as well try that! Who wants a good-old-fashioned nutrition bar eating contest, huh?!

But I'm not here to challenge you guys to an eating contest, or at least not of nutrition bars. No, I've got a better idea! How about we all go to the restaurant and order something delicious? We can all work together to help each other get the necessary items, and then we can get together and have a feast! Doesn't that sound great? I bet it does! Anything is better than these so-called nutrition bars. Let me know if you guys want in on the Great Food Escapade of 2012!

When he sees it on the video feed, he brushes it back as he talks, urgently.*

No. Don't-... Don't do it, Gilbert. Nobody take this offer. It's as Reno said before. Anyone who can't present what they were asked for will lose a part of their bodies, and the item search isn't as easy as it sounds. I must have searched all of Animus at least four times over, through the night, and never found what I was asked for. I would have died again if it hadn't been for my roommate then...

*He catches himself trailing off and his attention snaps back to the camera.*

If it's hot food you need, we can hunt. We can take advantage of the animals' lethargy in the cold, we can try to see if monsters are edible if anyone is adventurous, but do not give in to what Jason wants you to do.

*Having gotten that out there, Enoch seems to relax a bit, enough to actually sit down and wait for acknowledgment. This is why he wanted to find Gilbert in person...the waiting to see if he's even gotten through in time.*

[Tohko has a lot to answer for teaching Nesir how to use the network...] I do be thinking they do no be having the right to be kidnapping us and freezing us and now they do be starving us. What do you mean? There's no catch to me helping out with the items. I've heard about that whole "you might lose a limb" thing, but hey, I'm sure I can pull this off and come out whole on the other side!

They might. Promotin' that place is just stupid. I'd steer clear, there's no knowing what they'd take when Jason is in charge.

[She'd decided that at least with those she wasn't certain weren't light fearing stupid idiots she would stick to the cover story she had taken with her to the temple.] It do be easy enough if you do be being careful.

This...selection is a sign of his. I doubt there will be many animals about, but I could teach you what I know.

For all of us, though... It's best that we survive on these as well as we can. Perseverance is important here.
