They have. Not many have this potential, but those that do retain the spark of connection to a higher power that burned bright when they were but infants. It is why there are few who come into their power while adults. It was not always so--but over the centuries, mankind has forgotten that spark, and sought to suppress it in both themselves and their children. They have forgotten that without that spark, there can be no dreams for the future.
