JUBILATION? Returning to the Terrible Tower! [Video]
[Those who have been here quite a long time will recall that Lina went back home around November - however, going by her expression and the way she's acting, it doesn't seem like it's been that long. She may have a tendency toward burying her emotions, but she's not good enough to hide what would go along with eight months of solitude.]
Well, it's about time I got back here! I swear, another day back there, and I would have screamed.
[Well, she did after the first few days, but she's not gonna broadcast that in the least. She sighs, then folds her arms.]
So what'd I miss while I was gone?

[Snicker. Giggle. No, no, this one should NOT be allowed to handle the subject of greeting people.]
Welcome back.

We're just dolls and it's all an illusion. It's all meaningless.
Video
An illusion? That can't be right, I'd think someone would have noticed by this point.

That didn't mean it wasn't true.]
Everything. Literally.
Hope you had a nice vacation.

...yeah, Lina missed him too, but she's not gonna admit that.]
Everything? It's only been about a month - just how much 'everything' could happen?
text
A month? I may not have the best grasp of time, but you've been gone way longer than that, I can say for sure. A lot has changed since then.
text
I could have messed up the count while I was at home, but I remember it was about thirty days, I swear.

You're glad you're back here?
[How does that even work?]

[Or is the her world that bleak?
[Her forced upbeatness becomes a lot more apparent here, 'cause damn it it is hard to fake being blasé about that.]

OH MY COD, LINA! I MISSED YOU! Things have basically been batshit insane, but I missed you! I don't want to say welcome back, but...

Hey, here beats that junked-up place they're saying is home, right?

[There's a distinct pause once Lina realizes that Sayaka's not around, though - it's quickly covered by a forced look of annoyance.]
Tch, it figures that knucklehead wouldn't be here. Ah well.
