[So, there's a small pirate that most people have probably seen around the tower pretty often. Or they might recognize her as the kid who was hyped up on coffee thanks to Doc Brown. Except today, her eyes are a little red and she's pouting a little and she's holding onto a small figure of King Daphnes that her Link gave her.

This isn't for the tower as a whole but she can't get the message to lock to just Zelda.]

Hey Zelda... Can I come stay with you for the night?

Link's gone...

[Nope. Can't. Video is off now because she feels like she might cry and pirates don't cry.]

[To be honest, she was waiting for this - preparing for this the moment the little token gifts at her door stopped and another name disappeared from their nameplate in the dorms. And as much as she'd love to let her grief out, to cry out over the pain of loss that has only seemed to accumulate, never decrease... she needs to make sure Tetra's okay first.

The young heir turned off the video feed, so with a bit of tinkering, Zelda responds with voice.]

Of course. You need not even ask - you are always welcome with me.

I'm gonna come find you now, okay?

[She's rubbing at her eyes, even though it can't be seen. She's hiccups though, so that can be heard. Tetra is obviously trying very hard not to cry.]

[That hiccup got the attention of someone passing nearby - and shortly, Tetra will find herself being approached by the Goron she had met before. He's scowling, per usual, but there's concern in it this time.]

Tetra?

Alright. I will be there.

[And then, somewhat distantly, she hears the voice of the Fire Sage. Her tone changes to direct him.]

Watch over her until she gets there, Darunia.

[Quickly rubbing at her eyes because, oh goddesses a sage seeing her crying would be bad, y/y?]

Hi D-Darunia...

[Pout, she wants a hug. And she wants Zelda. And Link. Just gonna hug that figure a little closer to her.]

I'll see you soon, Zelda.

[He's not sure what's going on, exactly - all he knows is that Tetra seems to be upset, and Zelda's given him an order to watch over the girl. Very well then.]

I shall, Princess.

[His attention turns down toward the young girl now.]

What troubles you?

Link is gone... My Link, from the Great Sea. His name isn't on his door or anything anymore...

[Know what? She doesn't know you well Darunia but you're a Sage and obviously a friend of Zelda so have a suddenly clingy Tetra.]

[There's a momentary widening of Darunia's eyes - more from the clinging than anything. He stands there, awkward for a moment. A traditional Goron hug here would do more harm than good, so he opts for a light pat on the head. His frown softens a bit, though.]

I know that feeling all too well, little one.

He wasn't supposed to leave! He's the only one here from my time...

[Holding on still. He might have to do something about that.]

[A low rumbling noise comes from the Goron, something like a 'hmm'.]

If he is anything like the Link I know, he will return when the time is right.

[And given the situation, hopefully that won't be seven years from now.]

He better. Just so I can hit him for leaving me!

[Violence is obviously the answer.]

[...that was an unexpected turn, and gets a big, booming laugh out of the Goron.]

I suppose that is one way of doing things!

[If it improves her mood just a bit, then it is good.]
