It is the same planet, if you call a dead thing a planet. It grows no plants and no animals live on it. Only humans. It has no will of its own, not like a living planet.

Technology. All the food is synthesized. Natural humans even need special supplements to breathe the air.

I don't really know how they make it. All I know is that the only place life exists naturally is on my body. That's why they built a city there.

My real body is about a thousand meters long. This is a projection, though... I'm not really sure how I'm projecting it with my real body back home.
