and whats the deal with this letter i got??
i already knew about my world being destroyed
ive kind of known about it for a while, in fact!
but things were going just fine before i got brought here
i had everything under control

i would ask if theres a way to get out of this tower....
but i already have a feeling the answer is no :/

Dave! It really is you! I thought I was going to have to wait two more years to see you again.

But that's some information he...wasn't expecting.] What do you mean two more years? [Dave only remembers being at the Green Sun with Rose. It's been a couple of months since he's heard anything marginally updated in terms of what was going on.

John and Davesprite and I were on a ship and we were coming to meet up with you, Rose, and the trolls in the new session! It was supposed to take three years, and one had already passed before I ended up here.

[That was a lot more to swallow than he cared to try to take in.] Basically understood jack shit, but ok. I guess that's not surprising. The last thing I remember is the Green Sun and that's it. [Surprise. Dave is still thirteen (although he might be fourteen in terms of time passing, but that's too hard to keep track of). He only had a very vague, basic knowledge about a new session from Dirk, but nothing about traveling.] I think I'm pretty outdated in terms of knowing what's going on in the session.
