[She coughs again, covering her mouth with her hand. If anyone looks closely at the ring on her finger, they will notice that the tiny purple gem on it has darkened considerably.]

[ And this conversation is annoying Homura, who is already upset over her memories and this annoying cough. She does not want to argue when she could lose control of herself at any moment now. So she resorts to the method she has always found most practical and effective: cruelty. ]
