fifth scripture. [ anonymous text | september 20th ]
...Is this what it is like to be a human? To be slowly torn down by something that might kill you, yet still have the drive to continue?
I thought it would be a bit more fun than this, but I have been proven wrong before...
I am sorry for doubting your kind. I am even more sorry for doubting your strength when I did.
Hopefully we can...switch soon...
[ Those around can find her crouching down to sit on the floor with her hand occasionally petting Einstein as it's evident the dog is worried over his owner. Soon, her other hand will raise to cover her mouth as she coughs and welp, there's blood.
She was just so tired of suffering. Suffering in her body, suffering in her mind, suffering while even in this body. ]
I will be fine, Einstein. Please do not worry.

I will be when I am sure I will not hurt the body I am in. This feels so very wrong.

[...Well, as fast as he could climb from the 3rd floor. He'd seen fit to isolate himself somewhat since the memories started getting worse, but... friends came first.
So about ten minutes later (fuck you stairs I want my body back and not to be coughing up a lung when I exert 'myself'), he appears on the 19th floor.]
...Sertoria?
action;
I am here.
[ She's in Doc's casual clothes with the radiation suit over them. There's a bloodied rag tucked into a pocket with Einstein being protective over "Doc". ]
Sorry for the appearance.
action;
Don't worry about it. A lot of us are the same right now.
[he coughs into his own rag, ignoring the spot of red on it now. He isn't nearly as bad yet, but still...]
H-how are you holding up?

[As soon as this is texted, Lancer gets a strange look on her face. What the hell did she just write.]

So, please excuse her as she tries to figure out a response. ]

It's Labrys. I'm on my way there.

--Er, I mean.
Yes, okay! I will be right here.

She'll wave once Labrys is here and tries to work through her memory overload right now. ]
Labrys...?

[Labrys (?) coughed herself, making a note to apologize to Hakuno for the small bloodstain on her sleeve. Wait, wasn't she Hakuno? No, that wasn't right...was it?]

[ "Doc" scratched his head in thought at that. No, she was Sertoria. Sertoria. Not Doc. Doc was in her body. ]
...Anyway, how are you feeling?
no subject
[It was starting to seem like she only had an accent when she remembered to have one.]
I don't know. I'm...my head hurts. That's never happened before, not like this.
no subject
[ She'll bring a hand to her head and smack it as if telling herself? that was a tried and proven fact. ]
...I fear the worst if we're permanently stuck in these forms.
