[It's a very unsure and uneasy Luke that appears on the network today, keeping a firm grip on his stupid helmet so people could see his face. He squirmed uncomfortably, not used to this sort of thing.]
H-hey... guys? I wanna say something.
[He swallowed hard, trying to think. C'mon, Luke, you're supposed to be an ambassador of Kimlasca. It's about time you started acting like it. Just... what would Natalia say in a situation like this? She'd probably be really honest about what's happening... and try to be encouraging. It was hard to be encouraging when the situation was so overwhelming, but...]
The monsters aren't dropping candy anymore, and I haven't been able to find any around the Tower either. I think Ruana changed the rules again... I think the only candy that's in the Tower is what's in our buckets, which means she wants us to fight against each other to survive.
[He paused for a breath, before trying to look as determined as he could.]
But that doesn't mean we have to give in to what she wants! If we work together, we should be able to find a way to survive.
Those of us that are still alive... we need to get together, pool our resources as best we can. The ones that were lucky enough not to end up in a costume should help too; I know you might feel that you don't need to, but we all need to work together to survive in this place.
[He held up a fist, trying to look pumped despite how much his stomach was doing flip-flops.]
I'm confident we can get through this if we can all work together. We should all meet up... the cafeteria would be a good place. Let's get together and brainstorm how we're going to get through this, together.
[Luke let out a breath, before cutting the video. Did that sound like something a leader would say? He wasn't sure... he hoped so.]

[action; since he's right near him :|]
I never knew you'd be capable of saying such a thing.
[He's impressed, to be honest.]
[action]
D-did it sound okay?
[action]
[As to be expected from Luke's OCD roommate, really.]
[action]
Gee, thanks.
[And he let out a breath.]
...trying to give a speech isn't my thing. I... wish Natalia were here. She'd've done a lot better.

[ Left to despair over the deaths of those he cherished, Haldir couldn't help but find some comfort in this boy's message. If the remaining few could find some way to survive this, then maybe the deaths of their comrades won't be in vain. This thought alone is what makes Haldir want to lend his aid anyway he could.
Yet still, he's slow to trust anyone...]
Do you mean to lure those weary and sick of sorrow to their doom, or do you truly mean what you say?

[ Quietly. ]
So many have already succumb to this madness...
[voice]
I know. These people that control the Tower... there's no excuse for what they do.
[He let out another breath, shaking his head.]
But you're right, there have been others that have fallen victim to these guys. The only thing I can think of is to try and see if they left any candy behind. It's a long shot... but it's our only shot outside of... of asking people to...
[He can't even finish that, the thought of asking someone to give up their life like that completely repulsive to him.]

I'll help! I don't want any more people going berserk and killing each other! That one I saw... that was nasty.
Question, though. How're we gonna help people without taking from others? Since the monsters aren't dropping candy anymore, other people are the only resource we've got left. I don't have any candy left on hand... I already gave it all to other people.

I hate to say it, but we'll need to look for baskets of people that have already passed on. This way we should be able to better prepare for everyone.

We... need to find enough for everyone.
[He doesn't want to make people make a choice... he really wouldn't be able to handle that.]

...I'm going to switch this to private, okay?

So it looks like these Animus guys are really going to hammer you guys into a corner, huh? [A monster--one of those zombified thingies--is in the farthest corner of the room and it slooooooowly starts to get up and walk towards Allen.]
[Then his face gets serious and his eye darkens to pitch black, aside from the outlines of his irises, which turn red and become more demonic looking.]
But I know devils when I see them. And I don't need my eye to tell me that. They can play their games now, but if the playing field was level, I would show these guys no mercy.

U-uh...! Hey, behind you!

[It has progressed to about 1/4 the way to Allen.]
It's not as serious as this Trick or Treat "gag". I might have seem lighthearted before, but don't think that I don't care at all.

[She'd seen Yu in passing, and he hadn't looked...right. And when she did a scan, he'd come up as...but that couldn't be right, could it? She would have to talk to him and see for herself soon enough, dangerous and kind-of stupid or not.]
W-what's wrong with sensei?
I--I d-don't knooow! But when I did a scan, he was...he just didn't come up right at all...!
[The tears are threatening, but not falling just yet, but from the way her lower lip is trembling, the prospects don't look too good there. :|]
