Ahhh, that explains it. They must have decided to let you have it even though it was too big by making it fit. Well, let's hope they paid at least some attention to how the parts are arranged instead of just cutting right through it.

*As he's talking, he's already walking over to examine the weapon.*

It was not. The design and construction of the F-SCYTHE is partly attributed to Miyuki Itsumi of the Second Division.
