Not at all. Under normal circumstances, it would in turn be normal to think there is nothing much to learn from the fantasies of others.

[But the circumstances are far from normal, and they themselves are at the whims of one girl's fantasies.]

No..even back at home, small fantasies helped others learn and keep going in the world. Perhaps they may be able to help here as well.

Perhaps. I know I have spent a great deal of time within this place's libraries - both for research and relaxation. If nothing else, they are a relatively pleasant way to spend the time.

I quite enjoy them as well. Books had become a rarity in my universe, and everything was stored on computers. The libraries here are quite nice and nostalgic.

The systems were a bit more advanced than the terminals here, but yes, basically like these terminals. And it is not difficult to read, if you do not mind doing it on a computer screen or through holograms. Physical books were considered an ancient relic. It was hard to find them at times.

That seems so strange to me. We do not have anything like these terminals, or much of the other technology in this place in my world, and books are considered very valuable. Most people have a few, at least.

Books are considered valuable in my world as well, due to their rarity. If our technology levels are that different, we probably come from different universes. Although..it is not like I enjoy the fact that books have become so scarce in my universe. Physical books are a bit more personal than their data counterparts, but I can work with both.
