[ Coughing. He looked like he was about to say something, but, well, you know how it is when you have the flu. He looks flushed, and yet, he's sweating just a tiny bit, which isn't good in this kind of weather. He's wrapped up in not just his orange suit, longer pants, and his blanket, but it looks like he stole a bath robe from somewhere, too. Hey, he paid attention in health class. ... sort of. He glances down at his phone, for a moment.

UNKNOWN DATE, 2:20 PM :: THE MEDICINE FROM THE INFIRMARY DOESN'T WORK.

Yukiteru then looks up at the camera, wiping his face with a tissue. ]

... never mind. [ Cough. ] That answers my question.

Yeah. [ Coughing. ] It's usually more reliable than this, though.

[ Shiro, Deus wouldn't let you participate in the Survival Game, you'd be a game-breaker. ]

[ Guess who's been stalking a certain Yukiteru Amano the old fashioned way? This girl. ]

[ He looked behind him, and sure enough, there she was. He sniffled a bit, forcing himself to smile. This was... well, this was much better than the last time they talked. ]

It's-- [ Cough. ] It's okay. I'll... try to be [ Cough. ] better by Christmas.

[ Their first one together. He wouldn't miss it for the world. Any world. ]

[obsessing]

[ Yuno frowns, folding her arms over her chest. She doesn't like to see him sick, especially in a horrible place like this. Which is why she subsequently grabs his arm. ]

Yukki.

[ She speaks in a firm tone, staring him down like a mother taking care of her child. ]

Don't just try. You have to do. Anyway, I'll take care of that cold! All you have to do is rest, alright?

[ He almost flinches as she grabs his arm like that. Not too long ago, it would have terrified him. He thought he'd never see her protective, nurturing side again. But it makes sense... no matter what she claims, she'd never let anything other than her own hand take him away from her. Even if it's just the flu. He's had his fair share of them growing up, after all. ]

... I know, Yuno. [ He leaned into her as he said this. He'd been needing to embrace her for so long since arriving here. ] I guess your God powers can't cure me, huh?

[ He tries to laugh, but it only makes him cough instead. He wanted to make light of that night, as if it had never happened. ]

You always have taken care of me, Yuno. I know you will. [ After all of that... he still trusted her. ]

[obsessing]

[ ... Yukki, that's a horrible joke. Don't ever do that again. Because she's glancing away, feeling slightly unnerved about that comment. ]

Right. So just rest. I can make some soup if I can find the right ingredients.

*Enoch was obviously caught in passing, a terminal left on logging him in as he passed it by. He stares at the screen a while.*

Ah...I was told "phones" are common, but I was under the impression they didn't normally do things like that.

*Because clearly this is the thing to be addressed.*

They don't.

[ And he's still not sure whether or not this is something he should be talking about. Tsubaki claimed there was no Survival Game in her world, but... well, someone else could show up, and the opposite could be true for them. ]

*Oh well. Enoch figures it's ironic he's never encountered a normal phone.*

What was the question? Is something wrong?

*Well, other than the illness, but with the weather, Enoch figures most people are expecting that to happen.*

[ He sniffles. As if it isn't obvious enough. ]

I'm sick.

[ The pile of used tissues wasn't a giveaway? ]

*It was so obvious he'd thought he would've asked about something else.*

*It's just odd enough he has to confirm it.*

[Despite Porky's words, his lips have curled up into a smile. What a most interesting device. Most useful for a boy who journeys through time and space.]

[ ... yeah, he had a bad feeling about this. He wipes his face with a tissue, and blinked back bloodshot, watery eyes. With Yuno here (and to a much lesser extent, Tsubaki), he's had a bit of an easier time adjusting. Just really, really timing getting sick. ]

I, uh...

[ Flipping it closed and stuffing it in his pocket. ]

Who are you, anyway?

[ His phone hasn't vibrated, yet. So, no dead end flag. Of course, if he confirms or denies it, that could change, so... best play it safe for now. ]

[He leans back on his seat now.]

[ ... Porky? Really unfortunate name. ]

I'm Yukiteru.

[ Little does he know he hasn't talked to him before. He called himself 'Pokey' last time, which was also an unfortunate name, but not as bad as 'Porky.' ]

[He'll casually brush off what exactly happened as they talked before.]

Pleasantries aside, though, future-telling phone. That's kind of a cool gadget to be hanging around with. Seems like it even works too.
