[ But it's weird how, despite being in s strange tower with a strange atmosphere and even stranger people walking around in collars and tight clothes, he's got enough freedom to post to a network of all things. ]

It was only when he got to the cafeteria did he realize just who it was. Yet far from him to just waltz over. There was...something different about him this time, and not just the green prison uniform. Helping himself to a bar and a bottle of water, he sat close by.]

For better and worse...although from what I understand, not calling forth Persona in long periods of time weakens them considerably.

However this tower...tends to make us summon them frequently.

Floor Fifteen is a workshop and has material substance to build weapons, although the equipment has a tendency to break or be unusually dangerous.
