What time of year? Cold and misery?

[ Ishtar rubs her temples. She knows it's no one's fault but there are quite a lot of people from that place, and it made her further doubt the fact that the place simply got destroyed. There are too many people here to assume that. ]

A place called "Facility" is where I was from. The conditions are similar. We had collars there that negated our abilities to an extent that we were strained.
