[ Sending a message over the network for the first time after three months of captivity feels awkward, even for a social butterfly like she's supposed to be. But even worse is the fact that she's got to do this after such a weird experience. Then again, this is the best way to catch up on everyone she knows in the Tower.

Hello... My name is Sayaka Maizono for those who don't know me. There are some of you who know me certainly, so if you see this, can you please get back to me and tell me if you're alright?

[ A pause, then a sigh. ] I don't really remember much about what I've done while being in that state. What about you guys? It was so weird, and... depressing, too. Does that mean we're going to stay in the Tower for that long of a time? It's scary to think about it.

[ That's not a good impression she's making. Not like it really matters... but then, she adds. ] What do you think these noises from down below are about? It's drilling pretty hard in the lower floors, especially the cafeteria.

It felt so real, though... how come we could have that different behavior if it was only our bodies growing up?

I be sure dey have. I be knowin' dat dying too many times starts takin' it's toll on yer person. I haven't witnessed it myself, but... I've heard da stories mon.

Make ya lose yer mind, part of yerself. Yer body gets weakah an' da mind starts goin' inta dark places.

Indeed... it has. And it be real easy if ya don't be knowin' where ya goin' mon. Dis place... it be as dangerous as dey can be.

Hopefully I didn't die during the experiment. It's bothersome to not know what in the world you've done in the past days.

Aye, dat would be troublesome ta be sayin' da least. From wat I be rememberin' I don't be thinkin' ya did? But if ya really want ta be knowin', maybe ask about who be seein' joo during that time mon.

That will be a problem, since I don't know whoever I've met the past days. Besides, I think most people were affected by this just like me, which makes things more complicated.

Dat... is true, and dey might not remembah eitha... Well... if ya ain't feelin' any bad side effect from death, den I be sayin' ta not tink 'bout it too much mon.

Well, I feel... alright, physically. Just a little tired because I didn't sleep, but I don't feel anything weird. Um... do deaths here have side effects?

Aftah a while, yeah. Ya be dyin' too much an' yer body an' mind start takin' hits in varyin' ways. I hear it be different fer everyone.

Well, it's true... anyone can be influenced negatively by the atmosphere here. [ Trusting people is hard. ]
