[Ken heads there quickly himself, curling up a bit on one of the couches. He's not sure why his body is feeling this way, but when he thinks of Nanako he keeps blushing. He's kind of distracted, so he doesn't really notice Chidori when she walks in.]

[Chidori settles across from him, eyes warily scanning the room in case she's missed anyone or anything that shouldn't be near them. Then there's a pulse, slight but palpable, as Medea cloaks them both from sight and hearing- for the moment, at least.]

You wanted to talk?

[Ken looks up, face still a bit red. He recognizes the cloaking, but it doesn't really make him feel any better.]

She considers Jin and Minato for a moment, and if possible, goes even paler, blinking her eyes rapidly.

[The call leaves her mind before she can think twice about it, and she looks back down at Ken with a nervous sort of smile, leaning forward a bit.]

[She really, really hopes so.]

[Ken pulls a little bit of an annoyed face. Sure, he isn't so bad, but he still didn't trust him like he trusts Chidori.]

[You really should though Ken, considering how close they'd both been with each other in the not-future.]
