It resets upon "death", but that's not an option I advise. I only know it's an option at all because I had to stop one of us - a Puella Magi from Asunaro City, named Kazumi - who let her gem get corrupted in the fog that spread over the tower not long ago. I "died" in the process of destroying the witch she gave birth to, and my gem reset.

It's better to talk to a person here than to let either of those happen.

You don't need to apologize. It was chaotic for everyone, and I did what I had to do to keep her - no. Keep the witch from hurting anyone. That wasn't my friend anymore, not after she turned.

Don't take the information as an invitation to go jumping off one of the tower floors that will instantly kill you. In light of the new information that's come out about the revival process, it's not a method I would recommend unless there's absolutely no other choice.

He passes the glowing hand slowly over the violet gem, the light growing and intensifying until the area around the terminal is bathed in white light. When it clears, the gem has been purified, and Enoch takes his hand away.*

There... After everything...I'm not surprised. Are you all right?

[ She's tensed, ready to dart if she feels her soul gem is in any sort of danger. Then, as she sees it clearing up, she manages to relax her shoulders. ]

Mm. I am fine. I apologize for my behavior. [ Homura knows what it's like not to be trusted when you're offering sincere help, after all. ] You have been purifying the other girls' souls as well, I believe?
