Everybody is asking that already. It's a surprise. I'm starting to think I should have asked for samples.

Or at least you should have stated what it is for, "everybody" would not be asking you then.

I'm not trying to sound suspicious. I don't want the surprise to be spoiled or it will ruin the fun of it being a surprise.

And yet you do, however I will amuse you. A present perhaps? If they notice it is another's handwriting, then they will think said person was the one who gave it to them, if one would assume it.

How will you claim it was you, if you would wish to stay anonymous?

It is a present, yeah. And that's why I asked for someone with nice handwriting. If I don't recognize it and it's really nice, then the person I'm surprising probably won't either.

I'm ten, I'm not exactly the best at figuring this kind of stuff out. Plus, I know the guy well enough that he doesn't pay attention to what kind of handwriting people have.

Then you can be forgiven, but I am surprised one would still find it suspicious and due to your anonymity. I suppose, he will not notice, however it is the thought that would count.
