I have had this...device explained to me, and yet it still seems like magic. It was certainly magic that brought me to this place...or that destroyed Thedas. *he frowns* I'm not going to think about that.

You would be wrong on that assessment. These administrators seek to bend us all to their will, to break the mind. Their success has varied, though I have yet to actually one being in this tower listen to them willingly.

Can't tell you about the terminals, but what brought you here may as well have been magic from what I've heard and see.
