H-hello? Is anyone there? My name is Madoka Kaname and I've just arrived at the "Tower", is it? And... ah... I don't really know what's going on. Is it true that our worlds have been destroyed so we were saved?

I'm really glad that I got to live, but... [ She's thinking off to her parents and friends now. ]

If anyone knows anything about Mami Tomoe, Sayaka Miki, Hitomi Shizuki, and Homura Akemi, please talk to me immediately...! I'd really like to know where they are if possible? Oh, and... what are the chances of someone being brought here later?

[As the feed clicks turns on at her end it's probably obvious straight away they're not from the same world, given the girl on the other side seems to be wearing a red medieval-style breastplate. And over her shoulder Madoka might be able to see the top of the Black Axe, Garm resting on her back. Despite this she manages what she hopes is a welcoming smile.]

Madoka is it? It's nice to meet you, my name's Amelia! To answer your questions... [Her expression grows serious for a moment.] I'm honestly not sure if our worlds have actually been destroyed or not. It's pretty difficult to say. I'm hoping they're still there, at least.

Secondly I can't say for sure but I think I've seen a couple of those names while patrolling the dorm floors before.

And thirdly... [Oh jeez what does she say here? She had this question answered for her earlier, but just thinking about it hurts. And how do they know for sure that's the case...? There's a clear moment of hesitation as she frowns deeply.] I don't honestly know. I've heard some people here who are seemingly from the same world are actually from slightly different versions, but it was a lot to take in at once. I've no idea how any of it works.

[At this point in time, Kyoko's having a hard time deciding just how to greet this girl. She just keeps coming and going, each time bearing a ring and a completely different story, carrying the burden of a different hope along with her. Is it supposed to be, "long time no see" or "nice to meet you?"

In the end, she just settles for teasing Madoka for omitting her name like that, a playful grin on her face.]

[ If this is a joke, Madoka doesn't get it. Instead she just stares at the red haired girl in front of her without any indication of knowing who she is. ]

[ The first thing Homura did when she arrived at the tower was to seek out Madoka. She had not expected the terminal to be of much use and was more interested in running around until she found Madoka (who had to be there), but stopped herself when she saw a familiar face on the screen.

Homura does not respond immediately. Madoka mentioned Sayaka and Mami, which gives her an idea as to "when" Madoka is. Sooner than herself, since Homura had just been on her way to intercept Madoka's meeting Mami Tomoe when she ended up... here. Wherever here is. No mention of Kyouko either. Timid and hesitant speech, so she's not a magical girl...

Her head aches. She considers not responding at all, but how can she leave Madoka to think she's dead? That letter must be troubling Madoka. If Kyuubey is here then Madoka might make an irresponsible wish if her former bffle isn't there to talk her out of it...

She breaths in... then settles in a chair and turns the terminal video on. ]

Madoka. I'm here. [ ... ] Where are you?

[ Ah, that's the transfer student! So all three are accounted for now. Madoka breathes a sigh of relief as her shoulders relax, and she slouches slightly as she puts her hand over her heart. It's troubling to think that none of her friends made it, and yet, they have. ]

Homura-chan!

[ She still remembers the awkwardness of that first meeting, of Homura interfering with Mami's business. There are no witches here, right, only monsters? Kyuubey's not here, right? Would she have heard something then?

Maybe they could be friends?

But, no tears for Homura. Why should she cry over someone she barely knows? The relief, however, is still evident in the way she's yet to recover to her regular diminutive stature. ]
