So, say you have a family member that locked you in a basement to hide you from someone. How weird is that really? Especially when it didn't work.

It's all right. I'm sure it was a very different situation.

I know that some people might think that locking someone up is a good way to protect them, but it isn't. It only hurts people, especially if it's done against their will.

He shouldn't have done that, even if he was trying to help. There must have been a better way. I'm sorry that happened.
