Good afternoon. You'll notice soon enough, but I've made a few changes to your collar checkups. We wouldn't want last month's fiasco repeating, would we? Now, I'm busy, so I don't have time to chat with all of you about whatever injustice I've committed this week, so just talk among yourselves if you'd like, alright?

[Rick noticed this earlier, and was a little apprehensive to go to his collar check later in the day. It wasn't so bad--but he is curious, because there is something noticeably different there...]

...Is he talking about the supervising retrieval unit? She seemed a lot more...personable than the others. Is she an administrator or something?

The presence of retrieval units is new. I suppose those are the changes. We shouldn't be surprised he's posted guards given all that happened.

*Considering he's here and not passed out and responding to mentions of R-037 as if he's seen her? Yeah, someone went to his collar checkup voluntarily out of force of habit.
