It appears as though we have some rather skilled pranksters in this Tower. I commend your efforts, but don't you find it a bit foolish? Perhaps the culprit or culprits need to use more discrimination in selecting their victims.

Or are such things merely common practice here?

I'm afraid I've never heard of an Endless Witch, so I can't respond on the accuracy on that statement. I certainly wouldn't mind if these people could be proven incorrect, of course.
