006. a letter
[It isn't an actual post to the network, but after the morning of the twelfth, a letter is placed in the mailbox of every single resident of the Tower. On the thirteenth, the process is repeated. The handwriting looks as if it would normally be neat, but the letters were obviously rushed. There is no name signed.]
It is to my understanding that a few weeks ago, there was an attempt to infiltrate the administrative levels of the tower. I cannot speak of who was involved or whether the mission succeeded, as I am unaware of both of these things and am unwilling to further incriminate the people in question.
I merely come bearing advice that may be relevant to aforementioned people, as well as to others who are more interested in answers than their own personal safety.
We are all now aware of the "glamour system", and of its tendency to flicker off at random intervals. I suggest watching the walls of your dormitory. When the glamour goes off, an elevator should briefly become visible in the room. I cannot be certain if every room contains one of these elevators, but I have seen two of them, so I have reason to believe that they are consistent in their placement.
I was informed by a friend that they once saw one of the red-collared workers coming out of the elevator into the dormitory. What I am saying with this is that the main elevator cannot be the only access point into the administrative levels. I don't know how one would go about getting at the dormitory elevators when the glamour is active, but I want to find out.
And I hope that I am not the only one.
It is crucial that you do not speak of these elevators on the network, which is why I have elected to send letters rather than use a terminal. Do not discuss the elevators, this letter, or infiltration plans on the network. Communicate through the mailboxes or face-to-face interaction, and in the case of the latter, stay away from the walls. To my understanding, they're watching.
Please do use this information wisely. It wouldn't do to have such a convenient path closed to us because of one fool.
[As this is not an actual network post and the letters themselves are anonymous, please do not comment to this entry, as England will not be answering!]
