So, um... It's a Ruana month. And she can be pretty awful sometimes.

[A lot of the time but Tetra's not saying that where Ruana, Jason or Riki could hear.]

There's really no way to get ready for anything that happens here so just everyone should be careful, okay?

Everytime she's in charge, people die. She thinks it's a game, probably because we just wake up again the next day. Last year, people were crushed to death by their Halloween costumes when they couldn't collect enough candy.

Depends on what the point is! If it's sharp and bloody that it can definitely prove something. [That's the norm for everyone, right?]

Hmm hmm, I remember someone mentioning that. But why not just collect the candy? I enjoy a good spectacle as much as everyone but if they didn't want to see it, wouldn't that be an easy fix?

I ain't the type to yell and beat on people. [She has to behave, as Zelda's heir.]

It sounds like it would be except each day, there was less candy to collect or it got harder to find. Eventually, we had to steal candy from other people and condemn them to death.

I may be a pirate but I ain't gonna kill somebody in one'a Ruana's games.

A pirate, huh? So you're not all for killing and looting everyone's gold and greatest treasures? [Then again, he's a dark mage who is entirely too cheerful.]

Then you just need to be faster than everyone else, it's not that hard if you have the right strategy.
