A young woman with a multitude of stitching across her body smiles at the camera, then puts a little space between the terminal and herself before talking. She moves strangely, like she can't quite overcome a bout of dizziness.]

Hello, tower~. It's nice to meet you all. I'm Fran, Fran Madaraki.

I'm one of the newer arrivals, and I have a little proposition to make. I'm a doctor of adequate skill, you see, and I firmly believe there should be some amount of choice for people seeking medical aid. If you'd prefer to be treated by the regular staff in the infirmary, well, that's quite alright. But if you'd rather not?

I don't think supplies are that easy to come by, but I haven't been down to the infirmary. I guess you could request specific stuff, though...I dunno if you'd get it.

I was lucky enough to have come here with a very important item to my work, and with a little, ah, careful liberation of what the infirmary does stock - I believe I will be able to proceed without too much hindrance~~.

The only real obstacle is operating space. My dorm is nearly empty, so it will do for now - but I might have to use the infirmary itself if pressed.
