[Her uniform had never really been a problem before. Sure, it could get ridiculously warm sometimes in Agrabah, but that was as much the coat as anything. Beyond that, the outfit underneath it had served well during her duties as an Organization member. Overnight though, as the blizzard had started and temperatures started to drop rapidly, it became clear that, even with the blanket on her bed wrapped around her, her current outfit was not nearly warm enough for sub-zero temperatures (or even whatever temperature the cold outside made it inside). Even with the jacket on over it. It made it almost impossible to sleep.

She's got her blanket wrapped around her as best she can get it even now as she sits, shivering a little in front of the terminal. Her voice is a little shaky, more from cold than anything.]

D-does anybody know where you can get something w-warmer? Like... blankets, or clothes.

[Message made, she sits back on the stool, nestles further in her blanket, and waits for any replies]

[Naminé's in the same boat, only even worse. Her tiny, thin white dress is little protection even at the best of times; now, she's shaking like a leaf, even though she's wrapped in a blanket of her own.]

I've b-been wondering th-that, t-too.

[Oh hey Naminé. She's comfortable enough to be okay with turning on the video feed.]

I've looked around the T-tower, and I d-don't remember seeing anything. [...] It's really cold for you too, huh?

[She remembers that dress didn't look very warm when she met you.]

[Naminé exhales quietly, nodding.]

[She'll just confirm that with,] I'm n-not really d-dressed for this.

[Pause, during which she sits silently and shivers some more.] Th-there have got to be extra b-blankets s-somewhere, b-but I don't know if they'll let us u-use them.

[Somehow the idea that the Tower might not let them use extra blankets doesn't really surprise her. Then again, maybe she's just too cold to really feel that surprised by much right now.

... and she at least had her coat.]

There has to be s-something we can do...

[They - whoever ran the Tower - weren't just going to let them freeze here, were they?]

Mm.... [Her brow knits as she thinks, and absently she pulls the blanket a little higher on her shoulders.]

M-maybe... no one would mind if we t-took the blankets from the empty beds. [Except that presents a problem.] But I'm n-not sure which ones are empty.

Yeah...

[She thinks about it... there has to be some way that works...]

Is... is there some way to t-tell if a whole room's empty, or not?

[If a room was empty, then the beds in it would be too... so they wouldn't have to worry about accidentally taking blankets from someone...]

[She hesitates, but,]

I th-think... the screens outside the r-rooms tell you whose s-staying there. [She can't prove they're always accurate, though, so who knows?] If they're e-empty, then....

Then it sh-should be okay.

[She hopes.]

We could go look, if you w-want.

[Because it just... seemed natural to suggest they look together.]

[And Naminé hopes, too.]

[She pauses, watching the other girl for a moment. There have been a lot more memories returned to Naminé since they met. Despite her lingering apprehensions about how involved the tower might be in this, those memories feel right. So,]

... Alright.

[Xion nods, though she shifts a little. She... hasn't really done this sort of thing before. Roxas invited her to the clock tower, and after that they sort of just... met there. And she'd run into Riku by chance...

She hesitates, then] I'm right outside my room. Room 1-01.

[Naminé nods back.] I'll be there soon.

[She gives the other girl one last glance and a small smile before turning off the video feed.]

Okay.

[And with that, Xion gets of the terminal herself and goes to wait in front of her room. She has the blanket wrapped around her still. It's actually a little cooler out here than in her room. Or at least it seemed like it.

Just standing there. Waiting.]

[She won't have to wait too long before the other girls shows up.]

Hello, Xion.

[-when Naminé returns to her room, she'll find an extra blanket sitting on her bed. Just in case, she and Xion aren't successful with their search.]

[Riku, you stalker. That's not to say she actually minds, it's a sweet gesture, but if she finds out that it was him, she'd better not hear anything about that blanket being his. He'd better be looking after himself, too.]

[What, he's just looking out for her! But yeah, he is definitely not planning on ever telling her about this being his blanket. Or bringing it to her in first place.

And he is looking out for himself just fine. He isn't the one running around in a thin dress and just one blanket when it's cold like this. >.>]

[Looking out for and stalking are practically the same thing in Kingdom Hearts. Better be sneaky if his absent blanket comes up.

Hey, it's not her fault neither DiZ or the Organization ever bothered to give her clothes more suited to the cold. She's working on the blanket thing, okay?]

[He usually is, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Okay he'll give her that, but she better be. Then again, there maybe some kind of camp fire in works so maybe they'll be alright even if they don't any extra blankets.]

[Hopefully, but a camp fire probably isn't good enough. Blankets in addition to said fire might be necessary, and if he seems to be suspiciously missing his, well....]

[If blankets turn out to be necessary additions to the camp fire, he will somehow organize one for himself. ~~He may or may end up 'borrowing' from his room mates, but that's just details and not really of interest, right?~~]
