[Romeo appears on screen smiling, he is good at using the computers now and he pauses just a moment to make sure everything's switched on before he starts speaking.] This is a message for all the kids of the tower! There's quite a lot of us now and even though almost all the adults here are kind and nice and wont hurt us... [With obvious exceptions, Grand Highblood and Ghirahim even though he is sometimes nice...] The tower is still not a very nice place.

The Bad people are really really powerful and not even the adults can fight them, not even the adults who are really strong and powerful and have magic can fight them! So it can be a bit dangerous to be alone. So I think we should make a brotherhood! [A pause] A brother and sisterhood!

We would have meetings and a leader and all promise to look after each other. We can also do fun things as well! Just because the Bad People brought us here doesn't mean we can't have any fun!

[Another pause as he thinks some more] Lots of people have different ideas about what age kids are, but for our brother and sisterhood I think if you are fourteen or littler you can join!

We can meet in one of the bedrooms that no one lives in! But first I wanted to tell everyone to see who wanted to join!

A lot of us are plenty strong on our own, though.

I know, there's a lot of really strong kids here and ones with powers and magic. But if your that strong on your own, think about how much stronger we will be if we all put all our strengths together!

Because we will vow to protect each other, and if you break a vow that's really bad. [He looks almost serious] We all will promise to look after each other and if anyone breaks the vow and hurts one of the others they have betrayed us all.

People break promises all the time. You're way too innocent to handle this kind of thing.

Well they shouldn't, because it is really bad. But if they do they can't be in our group anymore.
