[The video feed opens to Kyoko sitting alone reading the odd letter she had been given upon her arrival. Wearing a mixed look of annoyance and regret upon her face, she is very much a girl lost in her own melancholic thoughts.]
Eh, I guess that was one way to deal with the witch problem. But why the heck did they save me? I wasn't exactly planning on living all that much longer if things came down to it. Guess it just means I won't be able to save you like I wanted. Sucks to be me I guess. Oh well, I better go stock up on food before someone else gets to it.

I don't like that someone has to die for one to appear, either. It's like dying twice.

sorry for the inbox spam, had to fix an error
..a brief bout of
e-stalkingchecking, though, shows that other people have responded to this - Sayaka doesn't actually glance at the messages, just the fact that they're there.Sayaka flicks the 'on' switch to the video, trying to look as casual as possible once she's visible.]
'Saving' might be a liiiittle bit of a too kind word for it, heh...!
Re: sorry for the inbox spam, had to fix an error
I dunno what else you would call trying to rescue someone from being a freaking witch.

[She visibly reacts to that, casting her eyes away from the camera and rubbing at her shoulder nervously.]
..so you know that part about Witches. That's weird. I just found that out here.
[..is this Kyoko from another different timeline, like Mami...?]

[Sayaka freezes in place, hand clamping around her arm in a vicegrip. She's still not meeting the 'eyes' of the camera. When she speaks, it's in a tiny voice.]
Hey, Kyoko. Do you think that's something I can hear and be okay with...? That I'd even have turned into a monster like that back home?
[Has to be an alternate timeline. Has to be. Must be. Please be.]

Yeah, I wasn't thinking of letting it either.
[She finally relaxes.]
Looks like we're on the same page for once, huh~?

[Kyoko issues a sigh of relief.]
Hopefully we can be friends this time around.

[Sayaka teasing mode, activate!]
I guess I'm obligated to at least keep an eye on you.

[Sayaka wants to warn Kyoko that this isn't a place where you want to be happy for people to be in. But she'd been guilty of that before herself, right...?]
Yeah, well, it's not so bad seeing another familiar face.
