That's a way of putting it. We are the personification of our lands in a human form. Anything that befalls our lands, we feel ourselves. Anything that happens to hurt our people, we hurt as a whole. [Smiles faintly, rubbing her cheek.]

I prefer to believe it was a lie. If our people were truly dead with our worlds destroyed, we would not be able to be here. We'd fade away. Best to try and think positive.
