It Seems That My Departure Was Not Long Lived By Which I Mean I Have Returned To The Tower
Things Appear To Be In The Same Conditions As They Were When I Was Sent Home
Forgive Me I Have No Information On How To Return Home Or What I Did To Deserve Being Sent Home
I Have Even Less Information On Why I Have Returned
I Would Appreciate Being Filled In
What Has Occurred In My Absence And Has the Pattern Or Small Horror than Large Horror Repeated Again
Have We Found New Ways To Prepare Ourselves
This May Seem Like Many Questions For Someone Who Has Just Arrived So Let Me Introduce Myself
I Am Kanaya Maryam And I Have Been Here Before
How Much Time Has Passed Between My Departure And My Arrival I Am Unsure Of Although There Must Be People Here To Fill In That Gap

Has Everyone Been As Well As They Can Be While In The Tower

[He's just going to use text in an attempt to disguise how relieved he is. Also the fact that he's currently shivering.]

Welcome back, Kanaya.

You may notice that there are various chocolates sitting around the tower. Do not eat them, as most (if not all) seem to affect the thinking of the person who consumes them, making them a danger to themselves and others. Coupled with another event which only seemed to involve certain people and lasted for one night, yes, I think this would continue the large horror-small horror pattern.

No, we have not found new ways to prepare ourselves. You would do well to find yourself a blanket or the like, though; the temperature has been dropping, and as you've probably already noticed, we seem to be in the midst of a fully developed blizzard. I imagine that such provisions will be taken quickly.

Well, since the previous event seemed to be minor judging by scale and duration, and considering the amount of damage that can be caused if certain individuals consume the chocolates, I would call it a major horror. As for your second question, I cannot answer that. It may be that someone will decide to 'break the pattern', as it were, and simply send us one catastrophe after another.

Yes, there was an event before the chocolate one that I am calling minor. It involved waking certain residents up in the middle of the night and putting them into a darkened form of the tower; each person had a candle, and if it were to go out, then some creature would arrive to presumably kill them. This lasted about three hours. Afterwards, everyone was returned to where they were before, and the tower continued as normal.

I was one of the people taken during this event, and yes, I did survive.
[He was pretty sure he nearly got caught by that thing, though, but who knows. It was pitch black aside from the candles, after all.]

We may be walking into the next event already, this blizzard. For now it might be considered minor, or even not an 'event' at all. But if it goes the same way as the storm and power outage, then it may well be a chain breaker and another major problem.

Hopefully.

Good luck.

[Oh gosh, was that an actual shred of sympathy right there?! ...Yeah, no, didn't think so.]

[Concern for Kanaya? What concern for Kanaya? He hasn't been worried at ALL, nope.]

I agree. Uneventfulness is now, almost certainly, the highest form of luck. [He... kind of wants to go on, but come on, that's just childish. In the meantime, WOW are the emotional outbursts just raining down today, look at that.]

Yes, you're right. This is foolish.

[Killjoy party, woot.]
