[There’s nothing but a boring background for a few minutes, then whiskers pop in from the side. A cat moves his face into the screen and starts walking over the keyboard.]

[He plops down right in the middle and watches letters running across the screen. His head moves in the same direction. The letters aren’t stopping. He pokes at the growing line with his paw, meowing.]

[He alternates between licking his paw and rubbing his head with it, flipping his ear back and forth.]

[He’s a special cat, very fluffy. Humans love petting him.

He stops flipping his ear long enough to nod his head, then steps aside to show her the background. It had been a great idea to use this form to lure humans to him.]

[She takes a good look at the surrounding area.]

Ah, I know where that is. I'll be there soon. [And then the screen goes blank. A little while later, the click of boot heels sounds down the hall, and Garnet appears.]

[There’s the human girl. He stays on the podium and stretches a paw out toward her.]

[She goes over to him.]

Hello there, little one. [And Garnet extends her hand to pet him.]

[He lets her pet him, then reaches up with his paw to playfully bat at her hand. His claws aren’t out, so he isn’t scratching her. He’ll play with the human girl for a little bit, get her guard down, then sneak in a bite. It isn’t easy to convince humans to give him blood more than once. He might need to pull at her heart strings a little.]

[Awww, so fluffy~.

And he succeeds in getting her to let her guard down. Darn him for being so fuzzy and adorable. Even so, she flinches when he bites, but doesn't draw her hand away. Instead she makes a 'tsk' sound and taps his nose, thinking he doesn't know any better.]

Silly thing.

[That little tap on the nose doesn’t bother him, even though he almost hissed at first. He got what he wanted from this human girl. He’s not sorry at all about biting her, but he’ll keep up the image of being a “nice innocent cat” by licking her hand, where he bit her. He’ll need blood again some time.]

The young queen gives a small chuckle and pets his head again, finally lifting her hand and casting a tiny heal spell over the bite marks.]
