[There’s nothing but a boring background for a few minutes, then whiskers pop in from the side. A cat moves his face into the screen and starts walking over the keyboard.]

[He plops down right in the middle and watches letters running across the screen. His head moves in the same direction. The letters aren’t stopping. He pokes at the growing line with his paw, meowing.]

It's kind of like for communication Duzie...now stop paying with it.

....Yeah you type on it. You push the buttons and the letters show up. You can type written messages or if you don't want to, there's a button for accessing video and audio feeds...stuff like that.

[ She pointed to each one of them quietly. Ishtar would be familiar with silly things like this after a while. ]

[By the way, no one thinks it’s weird that Ishtar is showing the computer to her cat. Nope, not at all.]

[ Ishtar wouldn't like damaged property. She didn't want to deal with what was in store for them if they messed up the technology here, seeing her Faciliberry bit her and ran away from her at some point in time. She poked his cheek almost playfully as he said that. ]

Pretty much. I still can't bring myself to believe that mumbo juumbo...stuff.

[ She shrugged. Ishtar didn't care and as far as she was concerned they were messing withe camera and if anyone asked, she would come up with one of those lies of her. ]

No you won't but what if you need to send out something important?

[Ishtar also wouldn’t like it if she knew he was running around biting humans too, but he isn’t always going to do things Ishtar likes, now is he?

The poking gets her a paw right back at her finger. Don’t mess with vampires, princess. Not even in cat form.]

[ No not really, but she wouldn't really try to stop him, seeing he needed food, and she understood that. Duzell did a lot of that when she was back there, so if he did it now, she wouldn't interfere too much, but she wouldn't approve if it completely.

Even though, in the past, she had allowed him to bite her relatives for the hell of it. Lady Ramia's scene was by far the best thing ever. She couldn't forget the woman's face when she watched her scream at her cat attacking. That memory made Ishtar giggle a little.

Ishtar didn't seem bothered by it. She pets him again while poking his face in a cheerful manner. ]

I mean if you end up making allies or something, since friends are like out of the question...right?
