The woman they call Ruana. She is in charge of the four administrators we deal with regularly, they may as well be called her lapdogs.

And what do I mean? I believe this is explicit, she has summoned or at least is at the origin of the gigantic monster who attacked us not so long ago.

I offer you deduction. One of our four administrator, when panicking about the situation prior to whale crash, asked where she was.

Another replied that she wasn't here. She had disappeared, nowhere to be found. By the sound of it, she was supposed to always be around.

But, right before the readings went off and the whale appeared, she mysteriously disappeared from the tower and not even the four administrator could contact her. Either you believe in amazing coincidence, either you conclude she is linked to the monster.

It does, alas as you will come to realize, those in this tower are most complacent and forgiving even in front of these horrors.
