[Immediately after this thread, Waver types up a text entry on the network. He doesn't really think about what he's saying, he just needs to warn as many people as possible.]

I assume most people here read this. This is important. Ryuunosuke Uryuu is from my world, and he's said he doesn't see a point in doing the same here, but nonetheless, I think everyone should be aware of any potential danger. If I said nothing and something happened...I would be partially to blame.

He was a serial killer - children, mostly.

I found where he kept the bodies. He calls it 'art'. I can't imagine anything worse than that scene. They didn't even look human anymore.

Just be careful. He seemed nice enough. That's the worst part.

It was noted I should describe him rather than only give a name. He's tall, maybe 5'8", orange-brown hair, he has piercings in his ears, and his personality seemed to be helpful and amicable to me.

To kill is no sin. There are few things greater than testing one's might.

But testing it against the inherently powerless is pointless. It both wastes others before they might reach their prime and is an example of either cowardice or mere laziness.

There's nothing wrong if it's a willing participant. But otherwise it's just as bad as anything else. But, I fully agree on the last point. Especially what he did to their bodies, and taking so much pleasure from it... Who could ever think to do something like that to a child, they stand no chance at all!

I can only assume they're so weak it's the only way they can feel authority. Such pathetic creatures do, unfortunately, exist.

I don't know, he called it art, so I think he just plain liked it.

Then laziness it is.

On that matter, it might be best to describe him if you fear what he might do so much, instead of merely giving his name. Not everyone will know who he is.

That's complicated. We participated in a tournament of sorts, for magi. From what I hear, he isn't really a magus, but even so, he was able to summon a Servant and was chosen to participate.

A summoner, then. I see.

But he may only someone one being at a time?

I don't think he would have the ability to summon at all here. He got lucky, mostly. But if he did that accidentally, there's a possibility he can use other forms of magecraft - whether with intent or not. Even I couldn't use a familiar, which should be basic. On the other hand, I've been able to alter structures and put up barriers.

[Huh. What a weird, kind of chaotic sounding thing magic is in your world from what Lucifer is getting. Though he has to admit he likes that, considering how structured the magic system of his world is ~~considering it's a JRPG and all~~.]

So he has the potential, but may not have the control over it if he can do anything at all.

I suppose time will tell if that makes him more or less dangerous.

He has mild potential, anyway. His family must have studied magecraft generations ago, but fell out of it. I can't see him doing anything spectacular, but there's a possibility it could cause something like an explosion if he tried to surpass his limits. And for someone without any training, that could be likely.

As it is with all who possess potential. If he's unaware of how to cast beyond summoning his level of threat should be minimal, as long as he cannot summon here.

Tell me then.

What are you going to do about it?

This place makes it difficult. For now we have no choice but to let him go free. But there will be people watching. If he tries anything, I'm sure we can stop him. And if that happens, the prison floor can be put to use.
