I am not playing favorites. I don't know how life is in your floors, but here we are trying to maintain a semblance of order and life level. It is no easy task, especially since you are only five down there.

If you've observed me as you claim, you should have known I may ask such a thing. That my request is legitimate and that I have the skills to use such power.

I'd use it for what I have to use it for. I'd promise not to use it against you, but you wouldn't believe me. But you won't have to be worried, it's your power, surely you can make certain I cannot use it against you. You probably could even set it to kill me if I were to try.

Up here, these powers would help me personally indeed as well as bring some more stability to these floors. You claim to like us and find us interesting, yet you never show it and shot us down at requests.

Because my powers, while they are supreme in my homeworld and are sufficient for me to do what is needed, they are secondary in this tower. Yes, I am one of the most powerful residents, but supreme power here lies in you and your system.

And in order to be able to do what is necessary, secondary powers are never good enough. You need either supreme power or assistance from the supreme power. Which is why my request is that you grant me some administrative power. Supreme power remains in you and the four others, but I have the necessary assistance to do what's needed.
