[Silently, KOS-MOS raised her right arm into view of the terminals video recorder and then her lower arm and hand changed shape into a miniature cannon.]

*Enoch watched the transformation in wonder.* I...didn't realize a cannon could be so small.

My origin is from a time greatly advanced from most people in this tower. It is not uncommon for such spans in time to leave humans capable of developing more compact weapons.
