Well first of all you should discern if you have a fever or not, which you will likely need the help of another person if you don't have a thermometer handy.
Bringing fevers down is extremely important before anything else.
After that, you should be sure to drink plenty of water or juice. Stay hydrated.
Do you have a sore throat or aches or anything?
After the first two points, any other advice depends on what kinds of symptoms you're afflicted with.

I could definitely get something for you to eat, then; as well as something to drink if I can. There are herbs in one of the forests; a warm cup of tea would be good for you, I'd say.

If you can't, I can very easily stop by and do so myself.
And no, chills aren't good. Exactly right.
But don't bundle up.
Even if it feels like you can't get warm, until you know if you have a fever bundling up is the last thing you want to do.
It could aggravate and raise it.

Thank you so much. But seariously, though, I don't want you getting sick because I'm sick. It's a mess out there right now, and if trying to do too much wears you down and makes you sick...it's not that I don't trust you, it's just that I don't want you getting sick too.
