If you had a chance to wish for anything in the world, what would it be?

Try not to go with the obvious "escape the tower" nonsense, because I know most of you want that. Think of something else. Something you really want.

A lot of people here seem to have the same thought process.

It's not a bad thing, but I've seen someone who used their wish for someone else. The end result wasn't a very happy one.

Then there's the question of if the person really wants to see the other person's dream come true or if they want that person to thank them for making their dream come true. They sound similar, but they're two different things.

Then that person must not have been very sincere about their wish

I wouldn't do it for gratitude, or anything stupid like that
they deserve their lives back, we all do
if I could do that for them, then I would give anything

She was sincere, don't get me wrong. I just think she wasn't expecting the end result.

That's good to hear. While I don't usually recommend these types of wishes, wanting to actually help the people involved is always a good thing.

What was her wish?

Why would you make a wish for someone else if you didn't mean it? It seems like a waste.

It was something for a family member, if I remember correctly.

Some people simply want to be praised for making wishes come true.

Her wish was genuine. She wasn't looking for praise. But even so, the end result wasn't what she planned.

It seems to me as if she wasn't too honest about the wish, even to herself.
