[Video/Action]
[It had taken awhile, but Tohko had finally managed to get everything made and had fond out just how to get the video settings to work. She'll be standing there, smiling, with a table behind her and a pile of presents on it..as well as a basket of fruit. A small mailbox sat on the corner of the table, separate from everything else.]
Good morning! Would the following people please come to the third floor: Rei, Romeo, Saber, Wilhelm, Tetra, France, Prussia, Lancer, 'Azazello'-aka The Brown Testament, and 'Behemoth'-aka The other Testament.
It may be a little late, but I still want to hand you guys Christmas presents, so please do show up!

[Tohko's face just lit up when Rise said that.]
Thank you so much! We don't get too many clients, but hopefully a few people will show up soon! It should be a lot of fun, and you seem to have a lot of experience with this! Again, thank you.
[Tohko then nodded.]
Yup! Rei's a good friend of mine. She can be a bit weird sometimes, but she really is a sweet girl.

When it comes to this sort of thing, you can't always just let people come to you! The ones who need the most help will probably be too shy or embarrassed to show up here at all. Which means we'll have to get out there and hunt down our clients ourselves!
[It'll be a good distraction from this sometimes hellish place, both for the three girls and for their unwitting 'clients'.]

[Tohko smiled and nodded at that.]
I suppose that's true..maybe we should all get together and plan out a few ideas! We could hold an event for couples or people looking for love to attend. Like a concert or something!

Well, I dunno about 'good friends' just yet, but maybe eventually! This'll be a good chance to get to know each other better!
[And then genuine excitement took over, her expression going almost giddily eager.]
Ooh, yeah, a concert sounds like a great idea, especially since the Christmas Concert idea didn't pan out! Everyone was just too sick and miserable for it to work. But a Valentine's Day Concert...
[She had a feeling that Michel-sama would love that idea.]
[Action]
[Upon seeing how excited she was, Tohko smiled and chuckled.]
I'm sorry to hear that..but a Valentines Day Concert could really draw a lot of people in, and it could help people get closer together!
[Action]
[She was gonna have to go looking for him now...it just felt safer to talk with someone in person rather than over the computers, where the admins could probably read everything you said regardless of how well you screened it.]
So if Rei-chan says I can join, what then? I mean, do we have regular meetings or something, like an after-school club?

[Tohko chuckled nervously and scratched her head.]
Well, if she agrees-and she probably will-we have mailboxes set up all over the Tower that people can use to give us their relationship problems. However..not many people have been using them, so we have to step up our game a little bit. When we want to meet or talk, one of us will usually just post a message on the network where to meet and then meet there.
[Action]
[Rise blinked a little, tilting her head as she took a closer look at the mailbox.]
So that's what those things were for. I'd kinda wondered about that. And that's not a bad plan when it comes to meeting up, but it sounds to me like this club needs to be more aggressive when it comes to helping people with their problems! Some people might be too shy to go asking for help, so you've gotta do the asking yourself!
[Action]
[Tohko then nodded, thinking.]
That's true..what would you suggest for asking people then? We wouldn't want to scare them if they're too shy.
[Action]
[As someone who's had to deal with stalkers plenty of times before, Rise knows a thing or two about 'creepy'.]
You just have to pay attention to the people around you, and offer your help if it seems like they need it! Posting ads on the network every so often might not be a bad idea, too.
[Action]
That's true! It would be rather uncomfortable for everyone. And yeah, putting up monthly ads might be a good idea. That way, people won't forget about the mailboxes! Hopefully a few people will respond to them. It'd be great if we could help a few people.
[And get a few sweet stories in return. However, Tohko then pauses, reminded of something.]
..By the way, you wanted to hear how it went between Enoch and I, right?
[Action]
[All other thoughts and questions are instantly shoved aside when Tohko brings up her own love life.]
Ooh, yeah! What happened?
[Rise was still smiling hopefully, but...Tohko didn't look super-excited about things, like she was bubbling with excitement or happiness, which had her a little worried already.]
[Action]
[Tohko then chuckled nervously and scratched her head. She kept smiling though.]
Basically, he said that any love he had for me was like a brother to his sister or a father to his daughter and that it would be too unsettling to try and make anything else out of it. He was sorry that he had to say that though, and we both agreed that we could still be friends.

Uh, yeah...we should ask Rei-chan first to be sure she doesn't have something in mind...
[Rise visibly deflated a little, because unrequited love was a hard, sad thing, and to be told that the other person did care, and did consider you special, but not the way you wanted them to...that was flat-out heartwrenching.]
...Oh no...and I even told you that you should give it to him...
[She can't help but feel a little guilty about that. Still, it really was better to know, wasn't it? You had to know where you stood so you could decide how move on from there.]

Knowing her, she'll probably have a rather interesting name to give the club. We'll think of something though!
[She then sighed, but didn't lose her smile. It was obvious that Rise felt a little guilty and deflated at this revelation. Tohko patted Rise on the head and grinned.]
You did..but it was my own choice to do so. Please don't blame yourself, Rise. It's alright. I was expecting something like this to happen, so I prepared myself for it. Don't worry..it's alright.

[Despite that reassurance, Rise doesn't feel any less guilty. She's not even sure what else she should say to the other girl. This was one of the hardest parts of a rejection, because you had to decide what to do. Did you give up on the person and look for someone else, or did you hang on to those feelings and hope that someday your persistence would pay off?
Her advice didn't help before, so Rise isn't sure she should be offering any more in this case, but she also wants to help fix it a little, if she can.]
...Um. if you don't mind me asking...what are you going to do now?

Well..I'm going to keep being friends with Enoch and live up to my promise, try to beat Wilhelm at Othello, work with the club with you and Rei..and a few other things!

But Tohko is doing her best to put on a brave face, and she's smiling despite it all; Rise has no right to take that away from her, if that's how she wants to handle things.]

However, at Rise's words, Tohko shook her head and nervously chuckled, a little surprised.]
Oh, I'm not that strong! And Enoch's not dumb..he's actually pretty smart. He just doesn't feel the same way. But that's alright.

I don't care how smart he is! He's still dumb to turn down someone like you! Though I guess you can't always help how you feel about someone... But still!

I-I'm glad you think highly of me..and the sort of 'idiot' that would turn me down is one who has lived for quite some time and is probably looking for a more mature partner. It'd be weird to be in a relationship with someone who felt more like a daughter or a sister than a lover.
