No, they're not. Monobear was once trapped by them here after all.

[There's a shake of his head at the first sentence, though at the second sentence, he gave a small sigh as he continued his explanation.]

It differs according to the administrator in charge, one of them would be scientific and holds experiments that deals with our bodies, another would warp our perception of time and space.

And one of them just plays sadistic games to pit us against each other.

[ Even the mere mention of Monobear is unsettling, if only for a moment; a clear look of anger crosses her usual stoic demeanour. It was only for a moment, anger was rarely something she felt, unless it was necessary. ]

.. He was here? [ There's an awful lot of venom in her tone, more so from usual, well when regarding whoever was behind Monobear had done something to her body; to her father, that much was given. ] You did not find out who was behind him, obviously.

[ She too will sigh, now trying to calm her temper. Although the words Naegi is speaking only causes her to frown. More administrators? This is sounding more and more like Hope's Peak by the second. At least she had adapted to such an environment already. ]

Yes, I have, in a sense. Enough to note some kind of pattern on which Administrator is running this month, at the very least.

If only we could understand why they would wish to save him of all people.

[ Mostly she's mumbling to herself, only wanting to figure out the mystery and while finding out who the Mastermind was-- that was still her top priority. ]

So it switches each month then? Have you figured out how many are here, Naegi-kun? [ She might be scraping the barrel, but at least anything would do. ] The information I have already received and gathered was that there had only been one, or at least some sort of group was behind this.

All-in-all, four. Jason, Ruana, Dax and Riki are the ones that has control over the events.

[He took a breath before continuing for a bit more.]

There's a fifth one, Zo, but he's younger than all of them, and is the one in charge of whoever arrived here. He's not that good at it, though, so there's moments where he summoned someone who shouldn't be summoned, like Monobear.

As young as a child, Naegi-kun?! [ She's surprised but also thankful that he knows this much, it will help later down the track; so she thinks. ] At least we have the advantage of knowing, and remembering Monobear's actions.

[ She idly looks about, to make sure no one would be around to hear the answers she so wants to hear. After much deliberating she turns back, gaze focusing on the boy in front. ]

Perhaps it is not safe. [ Counting the last time Kirigiri had meddled too much.. now she remembers it. Almost killing Naegi or herself again is not on her list of things to repeat. ]
