this spell is called copy/paste

when you use it, you have to shout the name

so here's what you do

1. click on 'start'
2. find the file 'emoticons'
3. highlight whatever you want with the mouse by clicking and dragging
4. press 'ctrl' and 'c' at the same time
5. shout "COPY" as loud as you can
6. go back to your text box and press 'ctrl' and 'v' at the same time
7. shout "PASTE" as loud as you can
