So we're letting creeps into the library now, huh. Nice.

I wouldn't think that setting these terminals up as some sort of monster-laden booby trap was really a clever idea. Blame the weird technical earlier on the mass of construction, sure. Bait them to have something crawl out of the shadows when you have your back turned to read a message? Not so much.

But hey, joke successful, I guess. I'm surprised. [And splattered with the blood of god-knows-what-that-was in an effort to rip himself out of the library, down the stairs and into the elevator. Details weren't exactly important right now.]

So, does this kind of trick happen a lot around here? Monsters braething down your neck, I mean.

[There's a slight pause before a second message is written up, a filter hastily applied.]

Her fonic hymns, right. But why would anyone who wasn't from Auldrant be interested in something like that?

I'm sure the ability to instantly heal people after doing some kind of torture might be useful. If not that, they might see more potential for her more devastating hymns, or another use for her abilities in general.]

However, I have heard that people leave the Tower sometimes. That's also a possibility.

Luke knows. He's not taking it well, but he knows.

I don't know if her belongings are gone. I'll ask, but I don't know if they'd care to take them away.

There was a mess. Long story short: Asch told someone else on the network how many people Luke killed at Akzeriuth. Luke saw. Luke flipped out.

So Luke's a mess right now. He's got some space, but I'm worried about him. If he knows any better, Asch won't be coming near him anytime soon. I made sure of that.

Have you spoken to Luke since? He might need a friend given the circumstances.

He's keeping his distance from me. I don't know why. But there's only so much I can do.

There are others he knows in the Tower, I'd hope.

[Jade's close to Luke at the point in time he came from. Luke was dead, but he was a friend to Jade before he'd sacrificed himself. Jade was not a man to play counselor, however, and he would appreciate it if Luke found someone more capable.]

Apparently so. He's spoken fondly of a couple people. I'm sure he'll drift to one or the other.

Asch just had better not get in the way again. His intentions aren't clear, but right now, he needs to leave Luke alone.
