Attention participants of The Holy Grail War

I know not everyone has a mailbox set up as they're quite recent, so to ensure everyone receives it, I've put together this survey. If you already have it in your mailbox, you can ignore this, or choose to reply here, it doesn't matter. In addition if you would rather write it down and give it to myself (Waver Velvet) or Lancer (Diarmuid Ua Duibhne), or slip it into either of our mailboxes, that works too. My room number is 1-16 and Lancer's is 4-16.



Please fill this out to the best of your ability. If there is anything you would truly prefer not to state or do not know, there is no worry, but the survey is for the benefit of us all, and therefore it would be best if you were forthcoming. We do not mean these questions to be invasive in any way and have taken great pains in ensuring such. Should you wish to give more detail than what is asked, please do, anything would be greatly appreciated.

Masters

Name: Western order please - given name, surname

Age:

Servant: No need to give their true name, just class

War: Simple, just the chronological number

Status: How far along the war was before you came to the tower, including your own status at the time. ie: had you lost your Servant, etc.

Current Status: Do you have specific goals in the tower, have you created a new contract, etc.

Other
1. Can you name the other Master and Servant groups from your war?
2. A rough timeline of events within your war.
3. How did you come to be a part of it? ie: how did you learn of it
4. Are you a magus?

The war is already common knowledge - thanks to people like my Servant. It's to reach as many participants as possible, I don't know them all, they don't all have mailboxes, and this is safer than the meeting.

[It's been a while since Jeanne's had to use her stern voice. This is definitely a time to do so, though.]

That still does not give you a reason to broadcast it in public. Do you not realize that there are people here who may have missed your Servant's declaration when he first arrived? People come and go here all the time, so there will always be some who don't know about us. What would happen if others wish to interfere in our business? The reason we do not speak of the Holy Grail War is to prevent that exact thing from happening.

[She actually scowls now.] And of course you mention the wars by their full titles, revealing to those that may not have known us prior that the Servants and Masters fight for the Holy Grail. A legend that no doubt spans across many alternate universes. Do you not think that some of the people in this tower with evil in their hearts might take interest in us now? The Grail may not be hidden within the tower, but who's to say that some villain will not attempt to capture a Master and torture them for more information?

[And she pauses to take a deep breath. She wasn't aware of how stressed she was over this war mess until THIS happened.]

Just because some people cannot keep their mouths shut when matters of secrecy are concerned does not mean that we should broadcast ourselves for all to see. You are a fool if you think that.

I'm on your side! It's a way better solution than having a meeting and actually inviting me to it, which was the original plan, and it's a better solution than having a bunch of people who were trying to kill each other and not know who's trying to kill who.

I'm betting everybody who's getting down on you is waaaay too full of themselves and their special sparkly Grail War.

Don't get too mad at them. They can't help it, you know? When you're Queen Suchandsuch everybody treats you like you're a big deal, and when you come from a place where people are trying to kill you for being Queen Suchandsuch you can't really blame them for a moment of naivety and thinking they're still a big deal in the tower.

It probably makes them feel better here anyway.

You and certain others may not care about the rules set in place, but that does not mean that nobody cares. Please do not make asusmptions about the entire group based only on what a few people think.

I understand what you're saying. And believe me, I did consider it before doing this. But, it's to the point where I've had strangers ask if I'm part of the war. When I first came here, I tried to keep it quiet and not even speak of magecraft. But these things have a way of getting out on their own.

Considering the purpose of this is to make sure everyone knows there's no way to get the Grail anymore, I don't think anyone will be so stupid as to seek it out or hold anyone for information.

[But then, this whole thing was sort of going on 'I don't think anyone will be stupid enough to misuse this post', so.]

That will not some people. Trust me when I say this. Some people in this tower are not as honorable as you might wish they were.
