Attention participants of The Holy Grail War
I know not everyone has a mailbox set up as they're quite recent, so to ensure everyone receives it, I've put together this survey. If you already have it in your mailbox, you can ignore this, or choose to reply here, it doesn't matter. In addition if you would rather write it down and give it to myself (Waver Velvet) or Lancer (Diarmuid Ua Duibhne), or slip it into either of our mailboxes, that works too. My room number is 1-16 and Lancer's is 4-16.
Please fill this out to the best of your ability. If there is anything you would truly prefer not to state or do not know, there is no worry, but the survey is for the benefit of us all, and therefore it would be best if you were forthcoming. We do not mean these questions to be invasive in any way and have taken great pains in ensuring such. Should you wish to give more detail than what is asked, please do, anything would be greatly appreciated.

Status: How far along the war was before you came to the tower, including your own status at the time. ie: had you lost your Servant, etc.

Status: Partway through the War.
Current Status: Attempting to find a way home and help others do the same.

Archer and Tohsaka, Rider and Waver, Diarmuid and his Master, though I don't know his Master's name, Saber and Irisviel von Einzbern, Caster and Ryuunosuke Uryuu. I don't know who Assassin's Master is.
2. A rough timeline of events within your war.
I wanted to defeat Archer, but Tohsaka interrupted the battle. We fought some of the other Servants. I destroyed one of Caster's monsters. I wasn't aware of much else that was happening during the war, or I can't remember. I can't contribute more to your timeline.
3. How did you come to be a part of it?
I'm from the Matou family. Traditionally, they're always involved in the War. I had to become stronger, so a year ago, I agreed to undergo the necessary training to become a magus and enter the War in order to save my niece Sakura. If I give the Grail to Zouken, she'll be free.
