Well, you need to have dolls, first of all. The dolls represent the emperor, empress, attendants, and musicians.

And then you gotta put 'em in the right order?

That's right.

[ Yuno sounds enthusiastic as she continues to explain. ]

You need four platforms in order to put them in the correct order. These platforms are like stairs.

So which one's supposed t' go where? And what's it gotta do with prioritizin' girls?

The emperor and the empress are on the top. The emperor's on the left, the empress on his right. Under them are the three court ladies. And then under them are the five musicians. Two ministers are under the musicians. Then you have plants and then the three helpers of the emperor or empress, usually samurai.

There's a bunch of various other items under that, though that aren't dolls. Though I don't know why it prioritizes girls. Perhaps because girls usually enjoy playing wth dolls.
