Is this some kind of joke?

[Why, hello everyone. Today on the screen is the very familiar Kidou Yuuto. Some of you may know him personally, some may have heard about him from a certain chainsaw-wielding girl. Either way, it seems like he's back from his vacation, and from the cold, almost venomous sound of his voice, he is none too happy to be back.]

I realize today is April Fool's day, but this is going too far. Dumping water on someone is one thing but messing with their personal items is not funny.

[And then he finally lifts the ruined item in question to show everyone what happened. What he has is an old soccer magazine. It looks as if it had been soaked in water for a week and then left untouched for three more. Which is.... exactly what happened. The cover is warped and it looks like there is mold growing on it....

Remember the flood earlier that month? Well, Kidou wasn't there for that, so of course he thinks someone decided to do this themselves. And judging by how visibly angry he was, (his face is literally red with anger), it's something that means a lot to him. Someone is going to pay for this.]

I have had an absolutely terrible time during February and the last month that I have been gone, and this is what I come back to?! I'm sorry, but did I do something to anger one of you? Is this why you decided to vandalize my things?!

[His voice raised to a sharp yell, and he takes a deep breath to calm down before he ended up screaming....]

Whoever did this had better be honest and confess. Because if not, I'm going to personally seek you out and teach you about ruining other people's belongings. [He's trying to sound very threatening but there really isn't anything scary about some kid with dookie dreads.]

[ It's more a sound of slight pain than anything else, since she winces along with the way he tugs on her cheek like that. It's painful, after all, especially since usually only she does that to herself, not nobody else.

But.. ah.. that means she's not dreaming, right? If that happens in a dream, she wakes up. So this is real. And.. he.. is real too..? Even though he's not supposed to be here..

Ywuuto, lbet go ob my cweek.. [ Her brains are still trying to process the fact, so in the meantime there's a more instinctive reaction as she whines a little. ]

[Ah, that was more like the Urotsuki he knows. He cracks a grin and lets go, giving her a kiss on the spot he was tugging on.

Then he reaches up to ruffle her hair a little.]

Sorry for hurting you...

[ She mostly just sits there passively while he kisses her and then even ruffles her hair. Maybe she's still pouting a little, but it's more just that her face froze while she's thinking about all of this.

He's here.. he.. is... here.. ]

Then.. it's really you..? You.. came back? [ Her expression slowly becomes a little more surprised. Talk about delayed reaction. ]

{He nods.]

It's really me. [And that's accompanied with one more kiss, though this time he kisses her lips. Just to completely convince her that yes, this is the real Kidou Yuuto sitting in front of her.]

[ It's obvious that she's fully understood it by now. After all, if she didn't, there would be no way she would kiss him back this much - but she is. She's kissing him so desperately right now, like someone who's travelled through the desert for ages and finally finds water. It's what it feels like to her, either way, it's like both hope and purpose are slowly returning to her just since she realises he's really here with her. ]

Yuuto.. [ Her voice is actually emotional for once when she finally pulls out of the kiss, her eyes watering. ] Y-Yuuto.. I thought you were gone forever..

[Frankly, the way she kisses him back so desperately surprises him at first, because he's used to their soft tiny kisses. But he doesn't pull away or anything, because he understands that she missed him so much. So, so, much.

After she pulls away, he notices her eyes tearing up and wraps his arms around her again, holding her head against his shoulder.]

I'm sorry I disappeared like that... I promise from now on I won't ever leave your side again.

[chainsawn]

[ The tears come the moment she's burying her head into his shoulder like that. The wailing is a pretty big difference from her usual state, but she's already been so emotional either way when she noticed he was gone - this is just a continuation of all of that. ]

Y.. you promise..? F-for sure..? [ Because she's not sure if she can handle this another time, just this once already broke her so hard. ]

[Hearing her cry like that makes his chest tighten, and he can't help but feel absolutely horrible for leaving, even if it wasn't his fault...

He tightens his grip on her a little more and nods his head.]

I'll swear on the Kidou name that I'll never leave you again. [which means a certain mun can't ever go on hiatus again gdi kidou you're ruining my life]

[ good job breaking it blake ]

I won't leave you either, Yuuto.. I-.. I can't leave you..! [ She's not going to pull away from him anytime soon. This warmth is so strange after everything she's felt the past month, and only now all her bruises and wounds are finally starting to ache, as if the numbness that eventually settled in is finally vanishing again because of his presence. ]

I know you won't. [He smiles, finally, feeling very content sitting like this with her in his arms. It still hurts to hear her cry, but it's a relief. She isn't in her emotionless state anymore, she isn't completely broken. He'll be careful from now on, he'll try his hardest to not die and his hardest to protect her. And he'll never leave her side for more than a few hours...

Yes, this all made him realize just how important he was to her. It was a little strange, being someone's entire world. But he didn't hate it, and in the end, she was his entire world, too.

Urotsuki may not notice, but a few tears manage to escape down Kidou's own cheeks.]

[ For a few moments she's still just leaning against him, so warm and content and safe for once, feeling like she belongs once more. Like not all hope is lost.

But she slowly does notice it when something faintly drips onto her head, so she pulls only her head (she wouldn't want to stop hugging him entirely right now, really) backwards to look up at him. ]

Ah.. Yuuto.. you're crying. [ One of her hands reaches up to try and wipe the tears away. ] Are you okay..?

[He nods a little.]

I'm just relieved... to see you showing emotion again.

I was really scared you know... I was scared that you weren't going to act like yourself again... I was scared that I lost you...

[chainsawn]

I'm sorry.. [ Should she apologize? Even she isn't sure, but she might as well just to make sure. ]

You won't lose me though, Yuuto.. I'm yours, after all. I won't ever leave as long as I can be yours.
